Xiao Han 

Xiao Han is the Junior Environmental Analyst and Sustainability Coordinator at O Trade. Working closely with Monica, she has assisted on a variety of tasks, including data collection, organization, and analysis, solution and service development, GIS data analysis and display, and project management. 

Xiao has completed an BSc (with honours) in Environmental Science from the University of Windsor, Canada, and holds a post-graduate diploma in Mining Law, Finance, and Sustainability from Western University, Canada. She obtained a well-rounded education in mining-related issues, including the processes involved in the mining cycle from financial and scientific perspectives, the value of effective implementation of ESG solutions and obtaining social licensing (SLO), the importance of sustainability and social innovations, Indigenous reconciliation, and risk identification and mitigation for both Canadian domestic and international mining projects.
